Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I had been having trouble with Allergies and came for the first time to AFC URGENT CARE, and was very Happy with the care and the follow up!  The check-in was super easy and the visit was scheduled immediately! GREAT JOB everyone! 👍😁 I recommend them

I got covid for the first time. Office staff, manager and N.P. were all so Profesional and polite. You won't be disappointed with NextCare

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

This is the best urgent care I've ever been to the people were very friendly. The doctor was great and very thorough. I usually have anxiety when I go to a new place for the first time, but I felt no anxiety this time because they were so friendly and didn't even cross my mind. I will most definitely recommend this place to anybody great place.

Woke up still feeling sick, sore throat, constant coughing, head cold, body aches. Scheduled an appointment online and upon check-in about 45 or so minutes called back to get checked and seen by nurse practitioner. Kind and professional mannerism, along with friendly staff.

Ladies, if you have ever had a UTI, you know how you KNOW that you have one. My experience has been that they seem to occur on weekends, and Advanced Urgent Care is nearby to diagnose and prescribe exactly what I need. Sunday, I scheduled the 1st available appointment, was seen, diagnosed, and prescribed just the right medication in under an hour. (The pharmacy took longer to count out the 10 pills that were prescribed than the visit to AUC.) By evening, I was feeling relief. That is a miracle, if you ask me.

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line
