I use DOCS for my primary care and they are phenomenal. The doctors there are great. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk people who really do care about their patients. They are very respectful and caring. The wait time was a bit long, but I did arrive at a very busy time in the afternoon. (I had to return today so I arrived at 7:15am and was seen immediately!) ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE WERE AS NICE AS COULD BE!!! The front desk people were swamped, but still managed to be completely organized and very competent at a stressful time of the day. The technicians who took care of me each day were AWESOME, super nice, friendly, cheerful and smart who both displayed the type of bedside manner we all hope to receive wherever we go. I would absolutely return and would encourage others to go to that particular office as well!
