          The nurse I saw was lovely and very helpful. However some of the test results were never communicated and I was told I would hear more about next steps after my appointment. I am also bothered by the lack of visit summaries and other details. Facility was clean and spacious, easy to schedule but I care a lot more about the record keeping and communication.

          The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

          Wait time of an hour when I had an appointment and waiting room was empty was not good.  However, nurse practitioner was very good at taking history, reviewing symptoms, then discussing treatment.   When it turned out my pharmacy was closed for Labor Day, staff very helpful changing prescription to alternate pharmacy.

          Every part of the process here was awesome. I had an unfortunate injury that required stitches, and even though they were closing in 30 minutes, they still took me in and helped me out with 3 quick stitches.           There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
