I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. Best emergency care experience of my life. Maggie, Jamie, Dan, and Mark treated me like a queen: couldn't have been kinder, friendlier, or more competent. I was seen immediately, and my injury was treated with care and professionalism. Fearing a long wait, insurance issues, or grouchy staff personalities so often experienced when seeking emergency care, I hesitated to even go for treatment of my injury but ultimately recognized it was unavoidable. Thank goodness I went, and thank goodness I chose AFC Urgent Care. I not only received amazing health care but also left with warm fuzzies to carry with me all week.
