My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

I have been looking for a PCP. Although there is a waiting list for that, I was seen and taken care of. I do not go to the doctor. I hate being sick. While I will not look forward to going to the doctor. I will not dread this at all.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
