          My father had a pain in his side that made him groan every couple of minutes. His doctor’s office was closed, so we needed an urgent care clinic that accepted Medicare. Found CityDoc, scheduled online for that afternoon, and completed all the paperwork online. It was easy, and check-in was easy and smooth. Everyone at the clinic was very nice, and the doctor was very nice  and quite thorough. I would definitely recommend this provider and this clinic. *The day after our visit, my father reported his pain was getting worse. We went to the emergency room for painkillers, and they recommended a CT scan, which showed two broken ribs. CityDoc had x-rayed his rib(s) and told us no fractures were seen. So maybe not such a strong recommendation to CityDoc although everyone was very nice.

          I knew I needed to go to urgent care Sat am, but each location said that they were busier than usual, so I made an appt and filled out my forms ahead of time.           I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.
