I cut my finger with some very sharp gardening pruners. I went to AFC Urgent Care to see if I needed stitches. Check in was so easy and the receptionists were so nice. I only waited maybe five minutes before I was brought into a room. The nurse that brought me was very friendly and got to cleaning my wound right away. Within a few minutes the doctor came in and started getting everything ready to start stitching my finger up. My wound required five stitches and he made sure that I didn’t feel anything. From start to finish my visit there was about forty minutes! Great service & great care, thank you!

Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.

They did a great job. Quick wait times. Thorough follow up. I felt cared for.

Hello, I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes blood draws can be difficult, but I did not feel confident or comfortable with the way the procedure was handled. I would appreciate it if this concern could be reviewed. I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.

Staff was quite friendly and I was able to get through without delay

I walked in and the waiting was very little. Staff was amazing, The PA Sam was very professional and compassionate removed a cyst. The clinic was very clean and organized.

Got appointment within same day. Staff was very professional and attentive and listened to my concerns.

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
