I had to book 2 appointments one for the 29 and then again for the 30 so I had to put two co pay out of pocket which if they could have seen me for both back and toe that was torn open the same day would have been great but I was told no they only see for one problem at a time the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and I feel very unprofessional at her job her name was Talia every time I come in she has some sort of issue with me and I asked her if on the 29 I was in there if I could book another appointment for the same day she said no appointment available so I said ok and not even a minute later a guy walks in and has no appointment and she gets him in before me just wondering why this happens to me with her only I would appreciate some feed back thank you

Then been dealing with a sore throat sinus congestion upper respiratory congestion. Walked in was able to get checked in immediately and within about 20 minutes I was seen the staff was exceptional very kind very patient very caring about what was wrong with me, they treated me like I was their only patient of the day exceptional staff above and beyond will definitely be using this as my Urgent Care. Thank you very much for your kindness all the staff. I would recommend this urgent care in East Nashville

The PA, Doctor Conn, had a very recognizably thorough, knowledgeable & kind ‘on-target’ approach with our 10 year old grandson who was quite sick. The receptionist had the best personality and it was refreshing! Don’t see that anywhere anymore. I keep returning to this clinic because of the staff. They take the time to listen, discuss my symptoms, how I feel then discuss a plan to for a recovery. I don’t feel rushed but get a complete visit each time. My PCP doesn’t even give me this! This office is the BEST!!

Everyone was super nice. I just wish quality of care was better. Medical person seeing me didn't even come close to me to view my complaint. How could you diagnose by seeing 4 feet away? It seemed like fast food health care with a quick and easy diagnosis made without thorough examination. I was disappointed.

Wasn't feeling good for 3 days. On third night decided to schedule an appointment at Ascension St. Thomas Urgent Care in Gallatin. Did all of the process that evening for Saturday morning, arrived 30 minutes early, and was taken right in, after checking in and paying my co-pay. Doctor was humorous but knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

The doc gave me the tools I need to go forward. I am very grateful. I was extremely belligerent and would like to apologize for that. For some reason I do that when I am scared.
