          Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over.           I’ve been to this urgent care many times and have always had a great experience, which is why I continue to go back.  The staff at check-in were excellent, and we only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Unfortunately, our experience with the nurse who brought my 11-year-old daughter back for triage was not so great. My daughter had a 103-degree fever and was clearly not feeling well. The nurse was not particularly friendly or comforting, which I could have overlooked, but what bothered me most was how rough she was when administering the COVID/FLU and strep swabs. And then again with the MONO finger prick. I’ve never seen these tests performed so rough or take so long. My daughter is a trooper and handled it well, but it just seemed more aggressive than necessary. The doctor (PA) performed an additional swab afterward to send off, and the difference was night and day. He was quick, gentle, friendly, and even a little silly with my daughter, which made the experience so much easier. I understand these tests aren’t pleasant, but a little kindness and gentleness go a long way -especially when dealing with a sick child.

          What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
