Fast, friendly, competent staff. Had all the testing equipment for what we needed.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

As always a very pleasant experience.  Unfortunately I have to go in when I’m sick!! I highly recommend!!

Could not walk due to a lower back issue. Was taken care of immediately    Assessed immediately. Staff extremely accommodating and extremely considerate. Assessed issued scripts and instructions. I would gladly recommend them

We went in with my 8 yrs old for X-ray and care. The staff was very attentive and caring towards her and explained everything very clearly to me. Really good bedside manners, the office is super clean, and their care was impeccable. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need or urgent care. Really a great resource for Pennington!

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.
