The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

I thought I just had a sprain but evidently I fractured my foot. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took an X-ray and explained the results, then gave me a boot. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the experience.

This was my first visit and I was very satisfied that there wasn’t any ahead of me… I filled out the needed paperwork and that took minimal time… The young lady in the front lobby was very polite and courteous…She assisted me by giving me the necessary information that I needed to complete the check in process… A few minutes went by and she escorted me to get my vitals and weight and before I knew it I was seen by the Dr. The young lady again administered to me 2 shots and took x-rays and before I knew it I was done and ready to go…The Dr. was also very gracious and knowledgeable… The young lady who took care of me I believe was Johanna…

I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

Staff and doctor was very professional!!!…It was very easy to schedule appointment and the wait was less than 20 mins.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

Scheduling was very easy and convenient. Checking in was fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The care that we received meet my expectations. The lobby is always clean and so are the rooms. The best urgent care in town!!

I had a great experience! I had a tiny thing stuck in my ear (of which I was not aware). I thought I might have an ear infection. Ola spotted it immediately and was able to remove it. I was so happy I hugged her. She not only was able to diagnose my 3 issues right away but was very professional and was so kind with a great bedside manner. Elizabeth was also very professional and cheerful. My experience was excellent, thanks to both of them and I will definitely go back there. I would definitely recommend this provider!
