Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I came in for an urgent care visit late in the evening when the other urgent care centers were closed. NP Debela was caring, empathetic, nonjudgmental and highly knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better provider. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and will return to her next time.

Love this facility but went recently and they basically the exit instructions weren't clear went in for knee pain, they did an X-ray only for the AP to come in and say not only did she not give me anything for pain I explain I had been taking Motrin and Meloxicam not once did she give me any instructions about the meds but keep taking them, but I should've been informed not to take those together

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Thanks

I walk in and I finish so early staff is so nice and doctors are very coprative excellent
