I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! I called this morning to confirm that they accepted my insurance, and I was so relieved to hear that they did. It has been incredibly difficult finding a healthcare provider that accepts my coverage, so hearing that was already a huge relief. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, which made a great first impression. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Finding healthcare can already be stressful, especially when dealing with insurance limitations, but the entire team made my experience so much easier. It’s refreshing to find a place where the staff is genuinely kind, the process is convenient, and the care is attentive. The staff provided great customer service. They’ve provided me and my daughter feedback for our concerns which were really helpful.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
