The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend

It wasn’t a tidy office, a huge stack of snacks stacked in the first office cubical did not seem professional.  Back by the restroom/laundry there was a definite smell of sour, moldy laundry. The after hour NP was very nice and knowledgeable.

Scheduling and check in was super easy. Staff was OK. I think they were super busy so, less attentive and communicative. Was disappointed that I went solely because they told me they could do xray. Upon speaking with the PA and requesting and xray, she told me the tech was no on staff. Complete waste of my time. Had to wait until the next day and go to Health Images. Noone has called me with the results like they said they would. I will not go back as I would not recommend the provider I saw. She seemed clueless. It's been 5 days since my visit and I still do not have results from my x-ray despite multiple telephone calls to AFC and Health Images where I was sent for the x-ray. Right now, what you clearly have is: 1.) Potential breach of standard of care and 2.) Poor follow-up and communication.

I realized I better have someone look at my arm abrasion to make sure I didn't have an infection. I booked an appt. In Thornton 1st, but didn't realize they were closed until I got there. There was no notification before hand. I then booked an appt. In Broomfield, which went very well. Service was great, excellent and fast. I was in and out with prescription. I would recommend this provider.

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. Armando was very nice and informative! Swabbing noses all day and still has a great attitude!

Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

The nurse and provider were excellent people and the visit was quick because the two at the front desk were on top of things. Very clean and plenty of seating, it was busy but hard to tell. Highly recommend!

Grandson needed an EKG, suggested by his doctor at Children's Hospital in Aurora, so we stopped by to have it done. My phone was zero percent charged, so we were walk-ins. It took maybe 10-12 minutes to be seen by the nursing staff. She was great to Bryan and then the Nurse Practitioner came in and was just as great to my grandson, while providing the necessary care.
