          Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

          I had a tough time using my cell phone because of my age. The person at the front desk was terrific helped me quite a bit. Had a couple staples removed on my head. Both people in the back were fantastic.

          The front desk staff and the other staff members were alright, but I honestly hated everything about this appointment. The doctor was absolutely the worst. The way she spoke to and treated her patients was completely unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this from a medical provider. When people are sick, they come to the doctor for help, compassion, and understanding, not to be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider. And I still have not heard back yet

          I am suffering from allergies… but didn’t know what was wrong. I was able to go online make an appointment and within a few hours I was diagnosed. I highly recommend you contact them through their website.  Second time I’ve been diagnosed here. Staff is very helpful. They are always very supportive, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
