Easy to make an appointment  Staff was respectful and and pleasant

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

The facilities were very clean, they had Disney movies playing in the lobby, everything was so seamless, quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and Ross was incredible.
