Threw my back out and was in a lot of pain. I was able to walk (actually hobble) right in and be seen within 20 minutes at the Norwood location. They accepted Medicare which was great. There really wasn't much that could be done for me besides heat and rest though the doctor prescribed a muscle relaxer for me. Would definitely go there again for an emergency situation.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Nurse was truly amazing listened carefully to all my concerns.

I was concerned that the non-nurse radiologist took my samples for testing.    Dr came in stating my Covid test was negative (I did that at home and knew that before I came in).  My after summary also states Covid which I did not ask about or get insight to.     Felt like the quality of care was not up to par for my expectations with Atlantic Health.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.
