Great follow up visit, I would recommend  as a primary care doctor.  The staff is great and make the process to easy.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

I never got results from my strep test.  I felt if I did not get a call a text would have been nice.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Dr Marshall is a fantastic Dr. please get him more hours in Monroe

Entire staff was caring, and Hague explained everything to me clearly very happy with service.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
