My experience started  on a good note But I finally discovered that the whole Operation is run by incompetent, careless , Filthy, staff. Good Finale: Dr. Marshall called me back with good advice. He is a good, ethical person. Try to find more people like him

Every part of the process here was awesome. I had an unfortunate injury that required stitches, and even though they were closing in 30 minutes, they still took me in and helped me out with 3 quick stitches. This will always be my choice of urgent care when needed, truly the best professionalism and friendly staff ever.

It’s so easy to make an appointment.  You get in quick and everyone is so nice!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
