          Service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing. I even received a follow up call from a doctor at the urgent care which I did not expect and on the weekend! Wow. Very nice experience. Would def go back and recommend to others. Thank you.

          Both nurse and doctor were very attentive of my issue, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable .  My appointment was on time, and handled timely with care, no rushing.  My meds were also called in immediately to ensure I did not have to wait.  This urgent care facility provides clean, safe and care with meaning.  I appreciate both Larry and Dr. Figueras for their compassion, support and care!!           Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

          Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.
