Easy to make an appointment  Staff was respectful and and pleasant

All staff were efficient, effective, and friendly/ professional.

I just needed a bc refill and I got just that .. didnt take too much of my time, but I appreciate the staff here ! I would definitely recommend this provider.

The PA and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and very knowledgeable and thourogh. She thankfully did not believe the X-ray was correct and strongly encouraged me to see an orthopedist. There was indeed a fracture. I am truly thankful for her advice.

Walked in without an appointment and was treated and on my way within an hour.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended

Sought treatment for unusual sore throat, as I am traveling tomorrow. Made appt for 1:00 at Oakhurst office. I had to fill out all the paperwork after arriving, even tho I had filled it all out online! The nice staff member said it was empty (except for my previously uploaded ins card and drivers license). Even tho I had an appointment and waiting room was empty, a provider stepped out to say she had to do a procedure, and there would be a 40 min. wait! Nice staff member saw I could not wait, and called Eatontown office where I was seen and tested for Strep promptly.  In future, I intend to visit the Eatontown office.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Scheduling was easy on Solv. My appointment was at 8:15 they came for me at 8:15 which was fantastic. The care was good, answered my question, did not have to wait long to examined

I arrived at 10am my appointment time was 10 am I didn’t get seen until 12:30 they totally forgot about me sitting there my mom had to remind them that I haven’t been called and been there since 10 am didn’t leave the office until 1:30

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
