I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! I called this morning to confirm that they accepted my insurance, and I was so relieved to hear that they did. It has been incredibly difficult finding a healthcare provider that accepts my coverage, so hearing that was already a huge relief. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, which made a great first impression. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Finding healthcare can already be stressful, especially when dealing with insurance limitations, but the entire team made my experience so much easier. It’s refreshing to find a place where the staff is genuinely kind, the process is convenient, and the care is attentive. I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
