It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

Scheduling was very easy. No wait time. The doctor and staff were very empathetic.  The doctor was spot on in my care. I highly recommend.

Was a very pleasant experience for a Monday morning!  Impressed!

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

The PA was very helpful and explained her treatment plan in detail—and was also willing to adapt it when I explained that I was already on antibiotics. She also suggested a non-emergency doc to see and helped me make an appointment. Cery helpful, very professional.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! Woke up this morning feeling sick as all out doors had to call out of work I made my appointment to get a iv infusion the service was great I will be back !!!!

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Check in was fast. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Kid baby didn’ friendly

This is my go to Urgent Care. The MA and Provider are very friendly knowledgeable and understanding. They know what they are doing here and also work with you on self pay. The cheapest rate in town and trust me I have called around many places. I would not go anywhere else. Ms. Nida is amazing!

The doctor is awesome took her time and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.
