          My cat accidentally bit my finger and I know how quickly infection can set in. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment online and complete the "paperwork" online in about 5 minutes. The waiting room was clean and I was checked in quickly. Both the nurse, Kenya, and Jason, the PA-C were very caring and efficient. My concerns were listened to and I received a tetanus shot. The PA sent my prescription to my pharmacy and I left soon after. I highly recommend AFC for all your Urgent Care needs!

          I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

          I needed an EKG for a pre-op appointment, and the mobile company I was originally scheduled with canceled and rescheduled repeatedly. I called City Doc to see if they could do the EKG, and they were super helpful, and got me in and out quickly.

          I was really worried about my babies eye this past week and I looked up some places to go to see about getting the right help for him. And found this place and booking the appointment online was fast and easy having everything done before we came in was great and coming into the establishment was great as well. To check in did take long and having to wait didn’t take long at all either. And the employees are all really nice and kind they have the best customer service that have ever experienced at a doctor’s office. And the doctor was great she answered all my questions and concern that had and I left there feeling a lot better then when I came in.

          The staff and doctor were very nice and caring. The nurse and doctor were very reassuring to my granddaughter that was afraid of coming to the visit for her earache. She, the doctor calmed my granddaughter by speaking to her kindly and detailing everything she would do to check het ear. Thank you to everyone that made the visit as pleasant as possible for my anxious granddaughter.  And, yes I will recommend this provider. They were recommended by a family member, as well.

          It’s after my appt. I’m waiting for my sons prescription since his ear hurts and cvs pharmacy says they still have not received prescription from doctor. Before leaving, I even asked the doctor if the antibiotic would be sent to the pharmacy and she said yes. This is something serious. The whole point of me making the appt is so he wouldn’t be in pain tonight or tomorrow morning. And now I have to work tomorrow. I can’t pick up his med until after work. I’m so so mad. Why didn’t yall send the prescription to the pharmacy?

          My daughter was sick running fever. I was able to get her seen same day. The environment and staff was welcoming. The nurse was sweet, kind while screening my child. Doctor was quick. I had such a great experience, I have switched over our pcp.
