          The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating, they quickly got us into a room, but we waited a substantial amount of time and unfortunately the xray machine wouldn’t work so that prolonged our visit and left us without answers.

          I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better.           Great Doctor and nice staff! Especially on a Sunday, they took great care of my child and listened. Patient and kind. The other location, the office staff acted like I was bothersome and rude. I highly recommend this location.

          I had to go two days in a row for two of my kids. The wait times were very long both days, including the day that I scheduled ahead of time online. That being said, the doctor, nurse, and front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. Other than improving wait times, I would say that if there were some more things for kids to read or play with while waiting, it would be better.
