This was my first time there,I was very impressed. Everyone was so professional and kind. The building is really nice,excellent waiting room.

The easiest doctor visit ever!!! Very clean facility, great staff members.

All staff were efficient, effective, and friendly/ professional.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Woke up with a sore throat and was able to book an appointment the same day. I left the office with meds that didn’t help. My throat soreness increased overnight and was unable to sleep. I will be making another appointment with my primary doctor for possible antibiotics.

My son woke up with a bad cough and his pediatrician couldn’t see him for 3 days. Typically my son is afraid of doctors, but the provider today was AMAZING. He made the exam fun for my son and made this our most positive doctor experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with little ones.

The nurse and Tim were professional and friendly. I was impressed how quickly we were seen too.

Everything about the visit was great

Our family was stressed about the need to be tested for COVID-19 and from the time we walked into PM Pediatrics we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommended!
