Everyone was great. No complaints. Fast Trac actually has an only scheduling and paperwork system that works! So many other places I do everything online and then they ask me to fill out physical forms as well. WHY? At Fast Trac you will do all that stuff once, and never again unless something changes. They are good.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. The facility, nurse, doctor, staff exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside the door, we were greeted with one of the friendliest nurse ever. Our child had such a great experience that she wished they were our regular pediatrician's office.

If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

I came in for an urgent care visit late in the evening when the other urgent care centers were closed. NP Debela was caring, empathetic, nonjudgmental and highly knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better provider. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and will return to her next time.

I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

The doctor and all staff were incredible! They had a wonderful bedside manner, making my son feel comfortable, happy and relaxed. He was laughing and giving fist bumps at the end of the visit! Thank you.

I made an appointment online and still waited an hour to be seen after my appointment time. No one apologized or mentioned the wait. The assistant I saw was short with me and showed little empathy. I was only going to be seen for a simple UTI. The time from checking in to leaving was 2 hours and my total face to face time with any provider was less than 5min.

I was referred by my son’s teacher to go to this peds urgent care when he was sick and wasn’t able to see his own peds doc on the same day. The urgent care took my son in as a walk in. The urgent care peds doc really listened and cared for my son. We didn’t wait very long either! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend this place for the little ones with same day urgency!
