Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

This is the best urgent care I've ever been to the people were very friendly. The doctor was great and very thorough. I usually have anxiety when I go to a new place for the first time, but I felt no anxiety this time because they were so friendly and didn't even cross my mind. I will most definitely recommend this place to anybody great place.

Woke up still feeling sick, sore throat, constant coughing, head cold, body aches. Scheduled an appointment online and upon check-in about 45 or so minutes called back to get checked and seen by nurse practitioner. Kind and professional mannerism, along with friendly staff.

Ladies, if you have ever had a UTI, you know how you KNOW that you have one. My experience has been that they seem to occur on weekends, and Advanced Urgent Care is nearby to diagnose and prescribe exactly what I need. Sunday, I scheduled the 1st available appointment, was seen, diagnosed, and prescribed just the right medication in under an hour. (The pharmacy took longer to count out the 10 pills that were prescribed than the visit to AUC.) By evening, I was feeling relief. That is a miracle, if you ask me.

Cut my hand with a box cutter and needed stitches. The staff saw me quickly and were very comforting, professional, and efficient.

I had to wait a bit this time I visited, but I didn’t mind because I knew the care was outstanding here. I go here rather than my PCP many times and have never been disappointed. Iris gave me her number to call after this visit on Friday which made me feel so cared for. I had a biopsy, that got infected and my dermatologist office had no practitioners available. ( I couldn’t believe it! On a Friday both offices within a reasonable distance were empty). Iris was fantastic and went above and beyond my expectations. This particular center on 144th is excellent. I highly recommend. All the way from the front desk, the nurses to the doc’s.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

I got covid for the first time. Office staff, manager and N.P. were all so Profesional and polite. You won't be disappointed with NextCare

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
