Book an STD Test in White Lake charter Township, MI

Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

Did not want to go to the emergency for the wait so I went to where I knew it would be fast quick friendly and clean! Plus you can schedule your time! The wait was so fast, the staff was friendly and the doctor! I just love her! She came in talked to me we laughed and the visit was over! Sent me next door to get my meds! I would totally recommend this place 100%

Friendly happy people, clean, fast, helpful. I showed up for a sport’s physical and forgot my card, they were willing to help in any way, took it over the phone for me. I appreciated that.

They were very nice and assuring! They were velvet good listeners and paid attention to my needs.

The whole staff was wonderful, very caring and quick prompt service.  I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.  I will definitely be going back if needed and I highly recommend. Thank you First Choice for taking such great care of me.

Great place for kids and adults. The pharmacist is the best. My doctor was very kind and helpful.

I love this urgent care. They have the best doctors. Only problem is the front desk lady and a few nurses come off as very stand-offish and rude. When I greeted the front desk receptionist she didn’t even look at me and talked to me with a condescending tone. That encounter alone turned me sour, but ultimately my mood was changed when I was greeted by the doctor who was very helpful, friendly and personal! Y’all have to teach your employees the importance of providing excellent customer service. This has been my experience the last 3 times I’ve been here with either the receptionist or the young blonde nurse. So as far as getting the help I needed and feeling welcomed and heard by the doctors? EXCELLENT service!

Was sick with a persistent cough & temperature that was not improving. Called & got an appointment right away.  Bobbie was very friendly & efficient.  Cinnamon Toth was very knowledgeable, professional & had a wonderful bedside manner. Would certainly recommend this provider!!!

The staff is compassionate, they treat every patient with sense of urgency and high level of care. They do everything to make the patient feel heard and respected.

Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.
