The doctor and experience at this location was amazing after a terrible experience at the Chase Avenue location. I waited two hours at that location to find out there was not a doctor at that office. Apparently they were waiting for a doctor to see my mom virtually. That doctor never became available. The nurse was kind enough to call the Frost road location which got my mom in immediately.

I use DOCS for my primary care and they are phenomenal. The doctors there are great. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk people who really do care about their patients. They are very respectful and caring. I am a very picky person and when I tell you that I would refer DOCS to anybody, I would definitely refer them all day any day as I stated they are very caring very respectful as many places like this, I've been to staff has been horrible but here they are great. There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them? I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
