Staff was so great - Reception was spot on friendly. MA was patient, but quick and helpful. Provider, Heidi Nordling, was effucient, and instuctive with needed care at office and our home follow up care. She kept us updated re: status during visit and even rechecked for the XRAY report before we left. Then, she expedited the school absence letter. She was very professional and personable. - a real gem for Urgent Care. This Urgent Care for kids is my top choice.

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

The provider had an amazing knowledge base and could give logical answers to my targeted questions about some possible, but more rare causes for my longterm pain. Went to urgent care instead of my v specialist because of scheduling back log caused by power outages. I'm a critical care nurse so I'm pretty savy. This woman was sharp as a tack, and quite empathetic. Keep her!!!
