The staff was so friendly and caring. I drove a bit further to get here and avoid the huge wait at our other urgent care, and it was WELL worth the drive. They had him feeling better quick.

Procrastinated on going to my PCP during the week thinking my head and chest congestion would go away using OTC medicine, it turned into full blown sinu infection and I went on Saturaday morning hoping to get some relief. I made the appointment and completed all the paperwork on-line. Practically no waiting time and everyone I came into contact with was great! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an urgent care center. Highly reccomend this facility.

Friendly staff and fast efficient check-in and testing.

Went in for an STD screening and the nurse and doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. All I told the nurse was that I wanted to get the labs done, nothing else. She leaves and the doctor comes in and the first things she said is “i understand you think you may have been in contact with someone who’s infected”. I’m like I never said that. I just wanted to get tested. That was very rude. There was no need to assume that or ever put words in my mouth. Why I wanted to get tested is irrelevant especially if I didn’t say it on my own.

Dr Holly, her assistant and the girls at the front desk were professional, personable and very informative of what was needed and what was happening with my granddaughter. Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility in Argyle, TX.

It was hard to check in because my eyes were swollen with pink eye but receptionist didn’t card. Could hardly see the fill out QR code was small on phone.

Amazing and thorough service from nurse practitioner. She went above and beyond to assess my continuous congestion and cough and suggested I see an ENT. I’ve just scheduled that appointment.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. Was working to well from multiple symptoms of unknown illness. I was impressed by the attentiveness I received from the receptionist to the first point of service to the doctor/nurse practitioner who provided competent efficient care. I recommend this facility to anyone seeking urgent care.
