          I got up coughing and wheezing and had called night before to schedule appointment for next morning, since started having problems. I was able to get one at 10 am on Sunday. The only problem I had was the check in on line. I had put in all information and when I went in, they could find where I had already filled out. I had to start filling out the paperwork by hand. Was not feeling well at all, but continued doing what they had me do. The person on front desk said maybe the system was not working right. Other than that I had a good visit. Dr Beene was very empathetic and got a breathing treatment b re fore I left. Great visit, the one administering the treatment was very nice and attentive!!! Thank you 😊 g

          My grandson had been suffering with congestion and a bad cough.  Called at 8:30am and was able to get an appointment for 10am same day.  Total time from check-in to departure was about 30 minutes.  Everyone was super nice and professional.  Will definitely be back!!

          10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

          Wait time could have been shorter, especially since I was the first appointment of the day. The parking lot and waiting room were empty, yet I still waited about 30 minutes before being triaged. The front desk staff was helpful but not particularly warm—polite enough, but certainly not friendly. Apple Pay should be fixed for patient convenience; it’s a small but important detail. The triage practitioner mirrored the front desk experience: efficient and thorough but lacked warmth—almost robotic. The final practitioner was a bit better, with slightly more emotional awareness and positive affect, though still nothing remarkable. Overall, the experience was fine. However, when you’re not feeling well, it would go a long way to receive warm, friendly, and timely care—especially as the very first patient of the day!

          Easy to booking online. Also able to stop in and bump up appointment with a super friendly receptionist! Waiting room moves quickly and is never jammed so people can keep apart. Loved this particular PA, quick and consise and confident.           6 month old with double ear infection in a lot of pain.  Doctor said she would send prescription to the 24 hour pharmacy that we discussed, when getting to the pharmacy they hadn’t received it. Tried calling the office back and they had closed. Kept checking in with pharmacy and it was never received.  No after hours number available. So 6 month old daughter has to go an extra day in pain until we can reach someone.

          First visit with my child. Waited over an hour passed our appointment to be seen. Office was incredibly dirty. Floors need to be redone, scratched and marks all over walls. Has definitely gone downhill since I used to come as a college student in 2014.
