I received good care today.

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

Dr Jessica & nurse is awesome.dr explained everything about the diagnosis & treatment . took good care of my child..I appreciate her professionalism & good job.

Doctor and staff are very professional and nice.

This place is awesome. Husband had apparently been suffering with UTI for days. Rockwall Rapid Care had appt available same morning I reached out to them after giving up on response from his urologist. Dr. Fieldsmith prescribed antibiotic shot for immediate relief & called in prescription. The tech who greeted us & gave shot was amazing as well.

Had really bad allergies and on top off that Asthma. I like comming here because is a quick in and out.

Second time at this location and both times I’ve had a great experience.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

We were able to walk in late at night, diagnose and address my child’s strep throat. Thank you for being open late and having such a capable staff.

Quick and efficient visit!  The entire staff that assisted me from beginning to end was wonderful.

It was hard to check in because my eyes were swollen with pink eye but receptionist didn’t card. Could hardly see the fill out QR code was small on phone.

The only reason I gave For is because they do not have wound care and that was what I needed

I highly recommend this urgent care all the staff, nurses and doctor were very nice and helpful very gentle with my son.

Easy and a lot of time available. Nurse and nurse practitioner bed side wasn’t good this time. Never really had a bad experience until today. Just acted like they wanted out as fast as possible. Other practitioners I have seen were great just not today.
