I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. Check in took some time only because of insurance issue but Chris went out of his way to get the ID number so I could be seen. Staff and the doctor were just incredible. They took such good care of me. I wish I would receive this kind of care every time I need medical attention. Which I now also get from my primary care providers. But this was so much better than any care I’ve gotten at an ER room or any other urgent care that I can remember. Thank you. I would recommend this provider and already have as a matter of fact
