Easy and quick check in on your phone. Came early and no wait at all. Tests were done quick and prescription sent electronically. Enjoyed, and would return

No appointment. I walked in. No one ahead of me, so I was seen instantly. My discussionwith the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. It went downhill from there. I needed to go to the hospital, but was not given a choice of which one to go to. They sent all my records to their affiliate hospital, which is a hellhole. I'm still there 3 days later with no diagnosis, probably because I've rarely seen a doctor, and when they do come into my room, they spend less than 5 minutes here. I could go on and on, but this isn't a review of the hospital. The bottom line is this urgent care facility is just a pipeline to the subpar hospital. You're better off going elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

Sinus headache front desk staff was very friendly however, doctor did not touch me. He had a student with him. He asked me some questions I said to him you didn’t even look at my ear you didn’t touch me. He just asked me that I have the same symptoms before I’ll give you antibiotics, I sold him the ones I did not want give me amoxicillin when I look outside. He’s looking at my chart and the students online at dresses not a good look. .

I found the care helpful. Nice doctor and nurse. But check in process was a bit confusing

Did not care for nurse practitioner. I know when I need an antibiotic. So wait til it gets worse instead of nipping it in the Budd. I haven't been sick since 2918 and this child doesn't know much. 😕 And I like this office. Next time I will wait and see my own health care provider. Sorry

Staff was friendly.   Got right in doctor was pleasant gave me the right antibiotics I’ll go back definetly
