Repeat visit for chronic sinusitis. No wait, no fuss, in and out with prescriptions and a recommendation to see my PCP and possibly an ENT. I left my jacket and they messaged me to come back for it as they wouldn't be open Thanksgiving Day. Excellent all around!

Started coughing and hacking up phlegm. Then went online made an appointment. Arrived at the office and a very little time I was checked in and in the room. Saw the nurse practitioner within minutes and after she checked me out, she ordered the medication at the pharmacy. I will use them going forward as my urgent care facility. Strongly recommend.

Scheduling was simple. Office wasn’t very busy, though, and I still waited over an hour to be seen. Staff was super friendly, but doctor was not and felt like he didn’t give me much time or want to answer any of my questions. I also didn’t have a ton of confidence in his assessment due to the experience. I will be trying another urgent care in the future.

Scheduled an appointment the day before for the next day for 1:30pm and wasn’t seen until 3pm because there was walk ins, with no appointment, in front of me which was annoying. Other than that, was a wonderful experience with helpful and nice staff.

I wish I was notified I could have went to another center so inconvenient. They need to figure this out. Funny thing I came in the next day and I didn't see a doc just the nurse don't get it!!!

New to the area and needed to consult about a cyst that had developed on a butt cheek.  Dr. Granger reviewed the situation and recommend meds to try and address the problem.  The office was quick and efficient.  Will follow up in about 2 weeks.

I liked the Nurse Practitioner as she was informative, but she was feeling my back through my thick Jean jacket, so I don’t believe that she was really trying to feel for anything. Also, I don’t get why you ask the question on your sign in link as to if your office is my Primary Care doctor. I said “yes” but the NP told me I need to get with a Primary Care Doctor because you are ONLY urgent care. I think you need to take that question out and inform patients to get a Primary Care doctor immediately. Also, the staff do not seem especially happy, but I’m sure it gets old treating sick people all the time.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Getting tested for Tuberculosis

A tuberculosis test identifies whether or not you've ever been infected. It won't tell you whether your illness is current or latent, but it will tell you if you've had this bacterial infection before.

A tuberculosis test can be performed on the skin or in the blood. Neither test necessitates any extra preparation.

During the skin test, the TB test provider injects a small protein called PPD beneath the first layer of your skin. A positive reaction to PPD, which is generated from tuberculosis bacteria, can indicate that you have had tuberculosis. After 48 to 72 hours, the TB test provider will request that you return to the clinic so that the injection site may be thoroughly checked to confirm or rule out a positive result.

During the blood test, the TB test practitioner takes a small sample of blood from your arm with a tiny needle. Following that, your sample is sent to a lab for examination and determination of whether or not you have tuberculosis.

When you have TB symptoms, you should get a tuberculosis test. Fever, chest pain, exhaustion, night sweats, unexplained weight loss, a cough that lasts at least three weeks, and coughing up blood are all symptoms of tuberculosis.

A tuberculosis test may be ordered if you are deemed to be at high risk for tuberculosis. A weaker immune system, contact with people who have tuberculosis, or travel to a country where tuberculosis is common are all risk factors for tuberculosis. Furthermore, some employers, including healthcare facilities, correctional facilities, and people who work or volunteer at homeless shelters, require employees to receive tuberculosis tests on a regular basis.

TB Test FAQs

When you take the TB skin test, a huge bump will appear on your arm at the injection site if you have had a TB infection. During your visit, your doctor or the TB test provider will measure and check the bump to see if you have TB.
