I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! I called this morning to confirm that they accepted my insurance, and I was so relieved to hear that they did. It has been incredibly difficult finding a healthcare provider that accepts my coverage, so hearing that was already a huge relief. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, which made a great first impression. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Finding healthcare can already be stressful, especially when dealing with insurance limitations, but the entire team made my experience so much easier. It’s refreshing to find a place where the staff is genuinely kind, the process is convenient, and the care is attentive. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free urgent care experience. Thank you to the AFC team for making my visit such a pleasant one! I walked and was seen right away. Visit from start to finish was less than an hour. Awesome.

My daughter was sick running fever. I was able to get her seen same day. The environment and staff was welcoming. The nurse was sweet, kind while screening my child. Doctor was quick. I had such a great experience, I have switched over our pcp.

My baby wasn’t feeling good and I was able to easily book an appointment for him. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. They handled him with care and was very patient getting his vitals and checking him out. I would definitely recommend coming here to get taken care of.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
