Gentleman at the front desk was very empathetic. There was only a few minutes wait time. I didn’t realize I had more information to fill out online which I did in person then. The PA was very thoughtful and explained things to me.

Tested positive for Covid on Sunday, made appt for Wednesday because I was feeling so sick. I wanted to make sure nothing else was going on. Doctor was rude from the get go and basically told me to suck it up and it wasn't necessary to miss work. Very condescending, she had a young man shadowing her and he was very nice- he did seem uncomfortable with her bedside manner.

Injured my finger ( smashed between two rocks while landscaping my garden). It was extremely painful and looked very badly bruised. Went to this urgent care because they had an xray technician. No other patients were there, but i still had to wait quite awhile before being seen. I did have an xray and it was indeed broken. Glad I went to there and found out. Wait time seemed way too long considering they were empty. Care was decent from nurse.
