We waited an hour for our appointment all because the front desk person was not there. I totally understand that billing needs to be accounted for before a patient is seen, however, they always send a payment link via text anyway so I’m not sure why a person sitting 3 feet away needed to send me that text. Ultimately, that is how they resolved the problem — a receptionist from another clinic called me to collect payment. I appreciate that you can’t plan for everything and they needed to adapt, but wish the adaptation had happened sooner. This can’t have been the first time that someone called in sick to work unexpectedly.

Once interacting with a person, the service was good, my concerns were heard and addressed. I was able to schedule a same-day “appointment” (not an actual appointment, more of a rough space holder) online. I arrive 15 minutes early, checked myself in on the kiosk. Being next to be called back I waited approximately 40+ minutes. The front desk personnel did not acknowledge me while waiting or ant time of exit. I had to be the one who questioned co-pay, assuring all was fine prior to leaving. The actual care from medical assistant and nurse practitioner was fair, very routine, I was seen, tested, given results with options for next steps. While over all I’ll return an area of growth would be communication with the client “patient” regarding what’s happening. The feeling of being felt forgotten or a burden when asking questions was unsettling especially when already not feeling well medically.

Grandson complained if a sore throat when i picked him up from school.  Drove right to urgent care to get him checked. They saw him immediately  Good experience

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

My daughter was sick running fever. I was able to get her seen same day. The environment and staff was welcoming. The nurse was sweet, kind while screening my child. Doctor was quick. I had such a great experience, I have switched over our pcp.

The staff was so friendly and attentive to my needs. The DR informed me well on risk factors and helped tremendously. I’m so thankful for the care I got!

Went in to get seen for uti.Appointment time was in about 1 hour from phone call.Everyone was polite and considerate. DR Beene was kind and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend to others.

Took my daughter and we gotten care off very fast, nurses were very nice and friendly, and the doctor was also very polite.

I was able to schedule an appointment for my daughter and be seen within 30 mins of scheduling. Checked in online and brought back immediately for testing and then called back within 10 mins and maybe waited less than 10 minutes for the provider. He was friendly and professional. I really appreciated his efforts to help my daughter feel comfortable as she was embarrassed regarding the reason for her visit. I would definitely recommend to others, especially nice for parents who work and aren’t able to get into their normal pediatrician office.

The staff was very helpful and Kristi diagnosed my issue right away, gave me the 2 perscriptions I needed and the staff called it into the Pharmacy.

My son had a swollen eye and he said it was hurting ,so I scheduled an appointment it was very easy to do. Very quick service and I was very pleased with how everything went,and I will be going back for my family medical care in the future.  Thanks and I will be recommending you to others
