          Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.

          Woke up with a UTI and was able to get an appointment within a half hour. I waited about ten mins to be called, gave a urine sample, and then waited almost an hour for the doctor to come to the room with the results. She prescribed a med and I left, no further office check out needed. It went quickly and smoothly.

          I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing.           My Nurse was extremely helpful, could tell really cared and very intelligent. Almost instantly felt calmer and was feeling so much better and comfortable after visit and talking to her.
