Used the walk in option today. Very easy walking in and checking in. Wait time wasn’t even 5 minutes before being taken in to get vitals taken. I was immediately taken to treatment room. Wait time was about 5 minutes to see the practitioner. She couldn’t have been more professional and concerned about my issue. She spent time going over options and even left to go read my file to get more history of my condition She presented several options and counseled me on ideas. This was my first visit to the facility and my experience, beginning with the receptionist, then to the nurse/medical assistant, then to the doctor was completely positive. Everyone was friendly, flexible, and attentive. Test results and scans were done quickly as were the test results. The Urgent Care facility is located within the MGH/Brigham Medical Center in Danvers making it convenient to have onsite testing.
