I cut my finger with some very sharp gardening pruners. I went to AFC Urgent Care to see if I needed stitches. Check in was so easy and the receptionists were so nice. I only waited maybe five minutes before I was brought into a room. The nurse that brought me was very friendly and got to cleaning my wound right away. Within a few minutes the doctor came in and started getting everything ready to start stitching my finger up. My wound required five stitches and he made sure that I didn’t feel anything. From start to finish my visit there was about forty minutes! Great service & great care, thank you!

The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

I had been sick for five days by the time I decided to go to urgent care. I made an appointment online, uploaded all the necessary documents and arrived at the appointment for the time I selected. The receptionist was pleasant and offered a seat. Also informed me I could sit in my car if I would be more comfortable. I waited only about 15 minutes beyond my appointment time and was called into the exam room. The medical assistant was friendly and professional and told me what I could expect. She started with vitals and then swabbed me for Covid and flu. She made sure to tell me it would take about 15 minutes to process both. The Physician’s Assistant examined and diagnosed me. He explained the medications he was calling in, in a caring and professional manner. My overall experience was an A+. I will be returning. I just hope no time soon.
