Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to get seen quickly and meds prescribed.

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

Wait time was short. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to the Walk-in clinic. I will use this service in the future if necessary.

Couldn't find how to schedule quickly online, saw no one was waiting so just went I . 3 people ahead of me. But felt over 2 hours was a little bit long. Been to Milford location 2 times and was in and out in less than an hour
