          Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

          I got out of bed this morning and my right knee hurt so bad I had a hard time standing without pain.  I was given several options to look into that could help with the pain.  I would definitely recommend this provider.  She was very kind and gave me several suggestions of things to check into to, to help with my pain.           My son needed to be seen for his ear and the scheduling was great, wait time was short, the front desk people were amazing but the nurse practitioner/ Dr was not friendly at all!!! She looked in his ear and said I can’t help right now but come back in a few days and I said will I have to pay the $50 copay again and she said well it’s not my fault, do you want to sign a waiver in case he gets permanent ear damage. I said no absolutely not I just live on a small income and she wasn’t kind about it at all. I will NEVER go back if Samantha Thomas is there again!! Other than her everything else was great.
