When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I had such a great experience at Atlantic Health Urgent Care. The entire staff was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They really took their time with me, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and paid close attention to every detail instead of rushing through the visit. I truly felt heard and cared for. Their thoroughness, professionalism, and compassion made such a difference, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommend!

It’s so easy to make an appointment.  You get in quick and everyone is so nice!

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Did not feel like I had healed well enough. Waiting to be tested to see if still had a  flu like infection. . Staff was very helpful and very caring. Would not hesitate to recommend.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
