          Went to get flu tested as I was exposed and was going away. I was a walk in but check in was easy and there was no wait time.  Staff are friendly  and competent. Provider was thorough with exam and addressing my concerns regarding travel.  I would recommend this facility.

          Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           The wait for the tests results were meant to be for 10mins or so. But we waited nearly 1 hour before the Physician was consulted with the tests results, and then we were seen by the Physician. All the other patients who came into the Urgent Care after us were all seen and had left before us.

          Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

          I cut my finger at work so I walked in and after some paperwork and about a fifteen minute wait time I was brought in and stitched up and prescribed some antibiotics and ointment for the cut in my opinion it went better than expected.
