Pediatric urgent care near me in Kingston, NJ

The wait time was little to nothing. I was in the back and the nurse as well as doctor came in right after. I went around 6:50 pm so the office was empty and I was in and out. The doctor was helpful, he listened and made sure I left with no further questions.  Ultimately I’m satisfied, I’ll definitely go there and recommend their services.

I was a walk-in. Checking in was painless and my weight was not long. Everyone was very friendly I found the office to be clean and welcoming.

Made an appointment for 12:00 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told they were running late by 45 minutes. Not a big deal since I’ve experienced this before.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

Went to bed with a slight toothache and woke up with a swollen face. Was able to schedule an appointment online for first thing in the morning. When I got there the staff was very nice, I was seen within 20 min. The Dr. was very nice, I was done within a half hour. My script was sent over to my pharmacy. I would definitely go again and recommend. Nice experience.

Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

This is my second time coming here and I love how quick they are and it’s so clean!! The girl at the front was super nice and the provider I saw Deb was wonderful!!

Looks like I seen a little blood under both locations in Cinnaminson and then had to run up to Willingboro to get an x-ray but I did notice they were blood underneath both of the examining room beds. Also, the doorhandles leading to the examination rooms going out were a little dirty, I clean for a living so I noticed things like this

I had went to Citymed first and did not like the care I got. The doctor there was rude so when I came to Optum it was a pleasure. The doctor was very nice and explained everything. I would definitely come back if I need care.

I went in with a sore throat and persistent cough. Fatima and Shameka were quite busy yet, maintained the flow. All patients were greeted with ease and care. It's important to have caring professional teams🙌🏽.

Stopped in late on Thursday night. Unfortunately there were 7 people ahead of me but was able to schedule appointment for 8:30am the next morning. Did my paperwork online so all that was needed was a co-pay. 8:25 I was getting vitals and answering general information and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but so very nice and sweet. Was brought to an exam room and by 8:45 Dr. Vincent confirmed my suspicions, ordered my medication and was able to take by 9:30. My very first time to an Urgent Care facility and I can say that the receptionist was kind and friendly, medical assistant was so sweet and knowledgeable and Dr. Vincent had a great bedside manner even though he stated it was a late night due to making sure all of those 7 patients were seen. Thank you all for making my 1st time visit easy!

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

I love coming here my favorite office they are quick and the staff is awesome they treated me with so much care like always and they treated my daughter with care it was her first time I will always come here
