Needed a follow up visit because symptoms worsened and got appt. Immediately.Staff was professional and courteous and I will recommend to others . There seem to be so many walk ins in the same area but happy to have found this one. I would suggest another sign on side of building where entrance is to make it easier to spot.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

no one wants to go to urgent care, but all there provided a welcoming environment. Each person was friendly, professional and willing to help! I would mention this location to anyone for good care!

Everyone in the office was professional. They were genuinely concerned about my health.

Scheduling was easy on Solv. My appointment was at 8:15 they came for me at 8:15 which was fantastic. The care was good, answered my question, did not have to wait long to examined

I had cut my finger on broken glass and it was bleeding good for several hours I was seen very quickly they checked me in cleaned it and gave me antibiotics  Very friendly and helpful staff

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

Had a pain for the last few days came in and was immediately helped. All of the staff was helpful and was graciously friendly.

Ryan customer service and professional manner is what that place needs in the future. He brings life to a place, where people who come to be seen for illness a comfortable place. The wait time is to long in this day and age of life, but overall I enjoyed my visit.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

This was a positive experience from start to finish! Friendly & efficient staff, spotless facility, and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. Highly recommend this facility.
