I am a long-time patron of PM pediatrics and have never experienced four hour wait times before. The staff attempted to keep folks at bay, but it was clear that the number of folks being tested for Covid was interfering with actual sick patients like my daughter. I will wait to return when your org has a better handle on managing testing and actual patients.

Dr Marmol and her staff were very friendly, helpful and patient with all my questions. They mad me feel at ease in what was a stressful situation.

Everything about this appointment and a previous one was terrific. Easy to schedule, seen on time with efficiency. The entire staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Sought treatment for unusual sore throat, as I am traveling tomorrow. Made appt for 1:00 at Oakhurst office. I had to fill out all the paperwork after arriving, even tho I had filled it all out online! The nice staff member said it was empty (except for my previously uploaded ins card and drivers license). Even tho I had an appointment and waiting room was empty, a provider stepped out to say she had to do a procedure, and there would be a 40 min. wait! Nice staff member saw I could not wait, and called Eatontown office where I was seen and tested for Strep promptly.  In future, I intend to visit the Eatontown office.

This very fast and the Dr.is very professional and the people work there are nice 👍

I suffered a deep wound to my leg. I walked in the following day, my wait time was less than 15 minutes, the PA who l think was named Louis ?cleaned my wound and stitched it up. I went back today to get the stitches out. Wait time was under 10 minutes. He cleaned it up and took the stitches out without pain.The facility itself is very clean and the entire staff friendly

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

The staff were friendly and patient with my little one. Dr. Adeyemi was informative and worked with care. The office is always clean and quick with service.
