          I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

          I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY?????           Overall the visit went well - check in, wait time. However I had difficulty with understanding the PA’s English. Although I received pertinent advice for my infected finger, the PA was not specific about how to ‘take care’ of my cuticles to avoid future infections. She also didn’t ask what I presently do to protect them.
